ABOUT

KADI

KADI delivers practical, field-validated HSE solutions built for high-risk industries. We work with Oil and Gas, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and SMEs across Oman, and we measure the work by three things: risk you removed, compliance you hold, and performance you sustain after we leave.

More than 20 years in high-risk operations. Direct accountability for operational HSE risk. A record of cutting exposure and closing compliance gaps. We implement on the ground, and we do not stop at advice.

Our approach is simple. We don't just design HSE systems—we make them work on-site.

OUR

VISION

To be the HSE partner known for fixing operational risk, not for closing compliance gaps on paper.

OUR

MISSION

To deliver HSE systems working in real operations, cutting incidents and holding compliance long after the audit closes.

OUR

SERVICES

We go past documentation. Every solution we build is field-validated and designed to survive a live operation.

Practical HSE Solutions

We develop and install HSE controls your teams apply on-site the same week, so exposure drops in the field and not only on the register.

HSE Gap Assessment

We measure your systems against Omani regulation and international practice, then hand you the gaps before an audit finds them, ranked by what to fix first.

HSE Audits and Inspections

We run structured audits and field inspections, rank findings by exposure, and leave you a closeout plan with owners and dates.

Risk Reduction and Control

We find the operational hazards, assess them, and put controls in place to ALARP. The measure is risk removed, not boxes ticked.

HSE System Setup for SMEs

We build HSE management systems sized and priced for a smaller operation, so compliance holds without a department to run it.

Compliance and Regulatory Support

We align you with Omani requirements, including Environment Authority and Civil Defence expectations, and take you to full audit readiness.

HSE Documentation and System Development

We write the manuals, procedures, policies and corrective action plans around how your site runs, not around a template.
